Welcome to the Way of EFT, a place of encounter for people interested in doing inner work. If you want to reduce your stress, address physical problems or process difficult emotions, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can help with your objectives.
EFT consists of a series of techniques that release difficult and negative emotions by applying pressure on several points in the face and body. In parallel to the tapping, you repeat your own phrases related to the problem, so that they start to lose their emotional charge.
The tapping is complemented by Hacking Reality, a more advanced technique developed by Rob Nelson, which allows to go into past memories and work with the younger selves, so that they can be calmed and attended to in those moments of stress and pain.
